: A legitimate two-way player,Middlebrooks got scouted as both a pitcher and

這在國外論壇被稱為紅襪選秀一大偷,原本可能在第一輪後段被選,投打雙棲,在投手丘上
可以投出94mph,但身為野手的發展性較投手更佳,可能位置在三壘,極佳的臂力和強大的
運動能力,高中也是美式足球的外接員,有長打潛力,能在內野兩個角落對球隊有所貢獻
