I am moving to a more convenient apartment, and am looking for someone to
take over my room! It is pretty big, fully furnished, with a bed, dressing
table and really big wardrobe, with a full length mirror. Also has a private
bathroom attached, and a brand new air conditioner (1 month old). The
apartment is pretty large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, Japanese room, living
room, dining area, and two balconies. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and
gas stove. The apartment comes with a brand new washing machine (1 month old)
and is mostly furnished. Comes with internet ($1200/3 months). It is a 10
min. walk from XinPu station on the blue line and a bus stop literally
outside the front door of the building. Close to a night market, tons of
restaurants, a park with a track 10 min. walk away, and a super market and
7-11 right around the corner. A nice American guy is already living here.
Male/Female, doesn't matter, all nationalities accepted. Must put down 18,
000 deposit, plus first months rent.

該公寓配備了一個全新的洗衣機（1月齡）和部分家具。
帶有網路（1200元/ 3個月）。
10mins 新埔站步行路程及一樓就有公車站。
接近夜市，多餐廳，近四維公園，超市和7-11在拐角處。
一個不錯的美國傢伙已經住在這裡。
男/女皆可，各民族所接受。必須放下18000押金，加上第一月的租金。
