是Klaus Meine在莫斯科巡迴時對於蘇聯內的情況有感而發寫的
幾個月後，柏林圍牆倒塌，冷戰終結
人民獲得了真正的自由
而Scorpions的專輯正好在圍牆倒塌不久後發行
這首歌也因此被賦予了如此的歷史意義
