這是ELUVEITIE將在2月發行的新歌,
半夜在官方臉書看到這個後我整個人就‧爆‧了

新專輯HELVETIOS是瑞士的古拉丁地名
專輯概念圍繞在高盧族人的遷徙與戰爭
共17首,A Rose For Epona是track 9,位在故事中段
講述高盧戰爭發生後瑞士人決定移居到西岸的Gallia的過程及心情

這首歌的主角是遷徙隊伍中的年輕高盧妹,
本來以為找到了能安身立命的新家園,卻因為Bibracte之戰爆發面臨毀滅
高盧妹與眾人因為長久以來的夢想破碎,而悲傷到無法自己
此時天命引導她見到了Epona,
一名指控她與其一族早已將衪遺忘的女神


Epona是高盧族的馭馬者及騎兵守護女神,
在神殿內信眾會以新鮮的玫瑰來敬拜Epona

nemeton是塞爾提克神話裡的神秘空間
