黑金屬傳奇樂團Emperor曾經在05到07年重組巡迴，並到德國的金屬盛事Wacken Open Air
演出，現在則呈現休團狀態。明年英國廠Candlelihgt將發行一系列他們這次重組的巡迴
錄音以及現場影像，包括了WOA以及挪威的 Inferno。其中影像部分Live at Wacken
Open Air 2006 - A Night Of Emperial Wrath將是70分鐘的現場演出加上後台花絮.....
接下來就請Samoth為我們講兩句話：
It looks like these releases will be the final nail in the coffin for
EMPEROR.They are a testimony of the live reunion that took EMPEROR to even
new heights; unique events like Wacken where EMPEROR headlined in front of
60,000 people. We had a great run of shows and feel lucky that we were able
to come back even bigger and perform songs from our complete catalogue for a
lot of dedicated fans old and new. There will be several cool formats and
limited editions coming that should be a nice treat for the fans and a worthy
representation of the EMPEROR legacy. EMPEROR is dead, long live the EMPEROR!
啥，Emperor不打算繼續搞下去了(唱片還是要賣)~~~ 不過挪威黑金也真的沉寂很久，黑
團大咖紛紛轉型像是轉往先鋒金屬的Enslaved、Ulver，轉型不知轉去哪裡的Satryricon
。這個氣候也看起來不適合emperor推出新作品，當然Ihshan轉型也很成功。除非大家最
近這陣子鞭笞金復古潮過了，也想再來一次「黑金復辟」。不然，最近頂多只能看到
Emperor演出舊作品。來吧WOA！
