Greek metal act FIREWIND will make its Taiwanese live debut on October 8 at
the Indie 2006 Wild Scream Festival. "This will be the first time the band
will visit the country and they will perform on the main stage," the group
writes on its web site. "Gus G. [guitar] will also perform a special guitar
clinic the same day at the festival on stage C."
FIREWIND's latest album, "Allegiance", entered the Greek album chart at
position No. 10. The band, which was previously confirmed as the support act
for the continental European tour of DRAGONFORCE, has also secured the
opening slot on the U.K. portion of the trek (with ALL THAT REMAINS in the
middle position).
