Sven Gali來自加拿大，團名取自十九世紀末George du Maurier的小說"Trilby"，同名專
輯在加拿大當地大賣，"Under The Influence"、"Freakz"、"Stiff Competition"等歌曲
還不賴，"In My Garden"則是帶點前衛色彩的抒情曲，"Love Don't Live Here Anymore"
也是一首動聽的ballad，同名專輯中收錄了一首翻唱Teenage Head的"Disgusteen"。之後
Sven Gali決定轉型玩grunge，於是赴西雅圖錄製第二張專輯"Inwire"，並找來了德國女皇
吉他手Kelly Gray當製作人，結果就是賠了夫人又折兵，不但得不到樂迷的支持，銷售方
面也不甚理想，沒多久Sven Gali便宣佈解散，後來曾在2007年短暫復出過。

德國女聲hard rock樂團唯一作品，雖然單曲"I Want It"感覺並不是相當突出，不過這張
專輯整體來說還是有不錯的表現，2005年MTM重發盤多收錄了三首女主唱Gudrun Laos早期
專輯中的歌曲，其中包括了翻唱Boston的"More Than A Feeling"，鼓手Jorg Michael後來
變成Alex Rudi Pell以及Stratovarius的固定班底，Gudrun Laos後來改名為Aino Laos，
並參與多部音樂劇的演出。
