Nabil Moo成立於2007年。

他們的實驗音樂風格，融合了實驗金屬、電子、硬核…一堆豐富的風格，音樂導覽服務
Allmusic甚至稱他們為「音樂影響與類型的龍捲風」。

「We Are The Cavalry」原來只是地方小有名氣的樂團，由Matt Mehana和Nabil Moo所組
成。解散以後，2007年，他們就另以「I Set My Friends On Fire」這個名字開始活動。
在MySpace就赫赫有名，播放率超過百萬，MySpace官方甚至以為這個二人團體利用程式製
造播放數，三度移除他們的頁面。

接著他們發行一張同名EP與專輯《You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter》，該
專輯獲得告示牌Top Heatseekers榜29名，並受到Epitaph唱片公司的賞識，成為旗下樂團
。

2010年，他們進了錄音室錄製第二張專輯，以單曲《Excite Dyke》首先釋出。不過，在
下一場巡演途中，Nabil Moo宣布退出樂團，找了From First to Last的及他手Blake
Steiner進行替補，「I Set My Friends On Fire」仍繼續與其他核類團體進行巡演。

在今年三月的時候《It Comes Naturally》開始在iTunes上販售，其他曲子也陸陸續續以
其他方式放送出去，這張定名為《Astral Rejection》的新專輯也已在6月21日時正式發
售。新MV《It Comes Naturally》在日前也透過Youtube發布了，這部MV是由Nicholas
Lent和前團員Nabil Moo擔當導演。
