瑞典新秀樂團Crashdiet，2000年在瑞典的斯德哥爾摩成團。他們受到Guns N' Roses、
Motley Crue、Skid Row和Hanoi Rocks的影響很深，2002年陸續放了幾首demo在他們的
官方網站供人下載。2005年發行首張專輯，2007年發行第二張專輯，目前沒有主唱。

和一般瑞典玩死黑和速金不同，他們的樂風比較偏向80年代的Hair Metal，而瑞典的確
在這幾年有玩80年代風格音樂的風氣。首張專輯Rest In Sleaze在2005年發行，同時開
始了他們的巡迴。該年度也被日本Burrn雜誌做介紹，音樂上相當有80年代Hair Metal的
爆發力。好景不常，他們的首任主唱Dave Lepard因為類似憂鬱症的問題，後來不幸離開
人世。

2007年他們從芬蘭找來新主唱H. Olliver Twisted，他跟原主唱一樣充滿爆發力。2007
年發行第二張專輯The Unattractive Revolution，最高衝到瑞典榜的第十一名，前一張
專輯則是十二名。這張專輯並未在日本發行，一開始日本也蠻捧他們的。2008年樂團人
事再度發生變動，H. Olliver Twisted以在家鄉發展音樂和樂團為由，也離開了樂團。
所以在兩張專輯之後，主唱的位置還是空缺的。

第二張專輯他們還找來了Mick Mars (Motley Crue)跨刀兩首歌。整體來說，他們的音樂
很動聽悅耳，充滿年輕人的爆發力。接下來的主唱會找誰還不知道，但Hair Metal的風
氣再度在北歐發燒。
