世衛公佈的資訊~
僅節選目前主要方法
PCR tests can detect genetic material of the SARS virus in various specimens,
including blood, stool, respiratory secretions, and tissue samples. Primers,
which are the key pieces for a PCR test, have been made publicly available on
 the WHO web site by laboratories in the WHO network. The primers have since
been used by many countries around the world.

These currently available PCR tests are very specific but lack sensitivity.
This means that negative test results cannot be relied on as proof that a
patient is not infected with the SARS virus.

不過結論是~
目前所有的診斷方法都有其限制~

所以雖然和平醫院這種"寧可錯殺一百,也不願錯放一個"的方法很殘酷~
不過是現階段最好的方法了~
