SHINee鐘鉉接受了左腿的手術

SHINee鐘鉉的左腿手術沒有在第一時間讓媒體知道

2010年十月當SHINee抵達Jakarta機場時因為fans的推擠傷了左腳踝。
雖然他當時覺得沒有大礙，不過經過詳細的檢查之後顯示他需要動手術。
SME的代表透過Star News在20號時表示鐘鉉是在1月17號於首爾接受了左腿手術。
『鐘鉉在17號接受了手術，結果很好；目前狀況良好。』

因為需要時間恢復，鐘鉉將不會參加20號的首爾大賞，SHINee將以四人組合方式演出。
