Busy day in Tokyo / September 13, 2008
I arrived in Tokyo on Friday afternoon. I had my first practice session this
morning, after a night of slightly interrupted sleep because of jetlag.
我在週五下午抵達東京.
因為時差關係只有些許的睡眠後,我在今天早上展開我第一次的練習.
The second half of the day was very busy. I did an interview for one of the
main TV stations in Japan, then I took part in a kids’ clinic with my racket
sponsor Yonex.
第二天真的是灰常忙. 我接受的一家日本電視台的訪問 TBS CX NTV EX?!希望日本水管有
接著我和球拍贊助商Yonex拜訪了兒童網球營. 感謝hanway指正
I always enjoy these kind of events, hitting with children, and I was
impressed by how good many of them were. We were playing indoors on
artificial grass and the court was indoors and was one of the warmest I’ve
ever played on!
我很喜歡參加這樣的活動. 和小朋友一起打球.
對於他們表現讓我印象深刻.我們在室內的人工草地球場打球.
這球場不但是室內而且也是最溫暖的球場之一!
感覺上ana很興奮XD
I was touched that some of the children wished me “good luck” in the
tournament in English. I feel very comfortable in Japan, because everyone is
so friendly and supportive. The Japanese are fantastic people – so easy to
get along with.
一些小朋友用英文祝我好運讓我很感動. 在日本我感到很自在.
每個人都很友善和支持我. 日本人真是神奇,很容易相處.
我們也是喔! <(￣︶￣)>
Then after the hitting session, which was at a big hotel complex, I went to a
cocktail party and met some Yonex customers. They were also so welcoming.
之後我參加了雞尾酒會和贊助商客戶見面. 他們人都很好. (發卡).
There was a presentation showing pictures from my childhood, and a special
surprise message from Monica Seles. It was touching.
那裡有個簡報展示我孩提時的照片. 和來自Monica Seles的驚喜觸動我心留言.
Talking of rackets, I have a new one! Yonex have made a slightly lighter
racket for me, which helps because I can get a little more head speed. It’s
a new design too, which I really like.
談球拍吧,我有把新的! Yonex為我把球拍做的更輕了.
這幫助我可以讓球速更快一點. 這也是新設計之一,我真的很喜歡.
I’ll be taking part in another hitting session with some young players
tomorrow, and of course practising for the tournament. I’ll play my first
match on Wednesday or Thursday.
我明天將和一些年輕球員練習,同時為我的比賽練習.
我的第一場比賽將會在週三或週四.
