Although they don't earn as much as some other sportsmen and are not exposed
to the public eye, except when they celebrate deserved victories, water polo
players have always been very popular among women. The fact that “the
dolphins” are excellent swimmers both in pools, as well as in love, has been
confirmed by the latest romance of our charming tennis player Jelena Jankovic
and the Montenegrin water polo representative Mladjan Janovic.

雖然他們不像其他運動員吸引注意，除了當他們慶祝勝利時，水球運動員總是很受女
性歡迎。"海豚們"很會在泳池還有和愛情中游泳的事實，在我們有魅力的網球選手
JJ和蒙特內哥羅水球國家代表隊成員Mladjan Janovic之間的愛情故事又被證實了一
次。

Jelena and Mladjan met at the Olympic Games in Beijing and their friendship
soon grew into love. The striker form Kotor has won Jelena’s heart and she
enchanted him by her beauty, as well as her positive energy and sincerity.

JJ和Mladjan在北京奧運相遇，他們的友誼很快變為愛情。來自Kotor的前鋒已經贏了
JJ的心而她以她的美麗讓他入迷，還有她的正面能量和誠懇。

This summer Jelena did not have vacation because of the therapies she had to
undergo, but she managed to spend one weekend in Montenegro.

這個夏天因為治療JJ沒有假期，但是她設法在蒙特內哥羅待了一禮拜。

“I traveled on business, I did not see my relatives. My father Veselin and
mother Snezana were with me and we stayed for only three days. As soon as I
fulfill my professional obligations, I will surely go to Montenegro to visit
my relatives, as well as somebody else…” Jelena says honestly. Answering
the question whether there is some special person in her life, she answered:
“Yes, there is a guy from Montenegro… Before I met Mladjan in Beijing, I
was single for a couple of months. He plays water polo for the Montenegrin
representation, he is 24 years old and his name is Mladjan Janovic,” the
attractive tennis player says and you can read more detailed story about
Jelena and Mladjan’s love in the “Hello!” magazine, “I did not have an
impression that she is conceited from the moment I met her. Jelena is a great
person, very positive. I have always thought all the best about her, but now
I am sure of it,” Mladjan says honestly, who doesn’t mind the fact that
they can only talk on the phone due to Jelena’s numerous professional
obligations. Jelena did not want to disclose much, she only announced her
more frequent visits to Montenegro because of Mladjan. Janovic (24) was one
of the best players of his team at the Olympics. He has recently come back
from the French Marseille to the Kotor Primorac, his original team.

"我去那辦事，我沒法見我的親戚。我的爸爸Veselin和媽媽Senezana和我在一起
而我們只待了三天。等我完成我的網球職業責任。我一定會去蒙特內哥羅拜訪我
的親戚們，還有其他人..."JJ很誠實的說。回答她生活中是否有個特別的人，她
答到"是的，有個從蒙特內哥羅來的男生...在我在北京遇到Mladjan之前，我已
經單身好幾個月。他替蒙特內哥羅打水球，他24歲名字是Mladjan Janovic，"迷
人的網球員說而你可以在Hello!雜誌中讀到更多。"我不記得在我碰到她時她她
很驕傲。JJ是很好的人，非常正面。我總是想著她所有的優點，現在我確定。"
Mladjan說，他不介意他們只能在電話中聊天因為JJ很多職業比賽。JJ不想說太
多，她只說因為Mladjan她會更常拜訪蒙特內哥羅。他最近從French Marseille
回到他原來的球隊，Kotor Primorac。

Jelena Jankovic (23) will always remember August 2008 as one of the most
beautiful and most successful periods. Apart from the fact that she reached
the top of WTA list on August 11 and entered the history of tennis as the
third Serbian female tennis player who has managed to do that, several days
before that she had met a young man who swept her off her feet. The fatal
encounter took place at the Olympic Games in Beijing where Jelena and Mladjan
Janovic, the water polo player from Montenegro, presented their countries.
Their friendship soon turned into love.

JJ一定會永遠記得2008年八月是最美麗也是最成功的時期。除了當上世界第一，
而且還遇到了Mladjan Janovic。

In an exclusive interview for today’s edition of the magazine Hello!”,
Jelena talks about her new boyfriend, her successes on tennis courts all
around the world, ambitions related to acting career, a forthcoming premiere
of the documentary “Jelena’s world” dedicated to her, and how she feels
about playing in dresses which she designed herself. Jelena has recently
played in her first Grand Slam final, but after an exciting match with Serena
Williams, she did not manage to win.

JJ的紀錄片 "Jelena's world"，還有穿她自己設計球衣打球的感覺。

“The most important thing is that I gave my best in that match. There were
numerous chances, but unfortunately I did not take advantage of them.
However, it was a valuable experience for me. I learned much by analyzing
both good and bad things that happened during the match. Of course I will
keep improving my skills, fitness and everything that is necessary to be and
remain the best tennis player in the world,” Jelena says for “Hello!”, who
was the Serbian representative at the Olympic Games in Beijing. She did not
show up at the opening ceremony following her doctors’ advice.

“It is a great honor to represent your country at the Olympic Games and be
surrounded with the best athletes in the world. That experience cannot be
compared with any other, especially because the Olympic Games take place
every four years. I truly enjoyed company of Serbian and other athletes.
Since I didn’t have a chance to watch other competitions, I would like to
congratulate Milorad Cavic on his silver medal and Noavk Djokovic on his
bronze medal and to tell them “Serbia is proud of you!” I was injured and
could not attend the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. Doctors did not
let me, because due to calf injury on my right leg, I was not able to stand
for a longer period of time, and the ceremony lasted several hours. I did my
best during the match, but it was not easy to play injured. I am sorry that I
lost the match and did not manage to bring the medal to Serbia, but I gave my
maximum. I believe that it will change, that we will have new victories to
celebrate. Why not in four years at the Olympic Games in London,” Jelena
says. When we asked her with whom she spent most of her time in the Olympic
Village, she says:

“I was on very good terms with all our sportsmen, we really had a great time
together. Unfortunately, I did not manage to watch others, because my matches
started late in the evening, but I watched them on TV.”
