OK，經過申訴後，帳號目前已經解鎖
一來一往大約3天的時間
雖然效率還算不錯，但帳號被停用感覺很不好
STEAM最後最後回了以下內容

In the future, to avoid having your account disabled for fraudulent
activity, please enter your address, including the appropriate country,
as it is registered to your payment method.
Additionally, do not use IP Proxies when purchasing.

看來的確是跨區買了美國的BC2被鎖
但是我有掛VPN，填寫城市 州/省 郵遞區號 都有去估狗查對應的

看來跨區也是要人品的...

雖然文中說不要跨區購買，但買了還是你的 ( ￣ c￣)y▂ξ
