April 18 -As far as the playoffs, I can basically only go from what
I have heard.

This time of year is more physical and aggressive. That’s kind of
what I like, being physical and stuff. The referees let you get away
with a little bit more.

I’ve heard it’s just real intense. Basically, just a lot of good
things. It’s exciting. Looking at New Orleans, I’ve only played
them twice this year - once when I

was with Houston and the second time when I was here. They’re a great
rebounding team. Jamal Mashburn is a guy who can post up real well.
He’s a tough match-up. We are just going to have to come out and
play real hard.

Today it was basically, the same old practice. We worked on some new
stuff, just getting ready for the game on Sunday. Mashburn is a key
match-up. So is Baron Davis. They have a lot of guys who can score.
They have Jamaal Magloire on the block, and he has a new little jump
hook. Plus, he’s real aggressive inside. Like I said, they rebound
the ball real well.

Personally, I am getting better. I was sick, getting over a cold, but
I’ll be ready for Sunday.
