Andrew Bynum is the new "it" but Turner could become the Sixer
who steals the show in the 2012-13 season. Two years ago,
Turner was the second-overall pick in the NBA draft. There are
expectations that come with being selected so high, and to
this point Turner's career has fallen shy of those.

Andrew 當然會是新進來的那個 you-know-who，
但是你絕對不能忽視 Evan Turner，
因為他很有可能是在新球季當中，把那個人的鎂光燈搶走的小壞蛋。
兩年前，小壞蛋還只是個第二順位被選走的恐龍蛋(?)，
但是當他還沒探頭之前就已經被人們抱持著熱烈期待(當然大部分的
原因是因為他的順位)，但是前兩年的生澀很明顯的表露出他還是個
沒有準備好的蛋。

However, with Andre Iguodala now a Denver Nugget, Turner's
time to shine has arrived and I believe he will thrive. The
soon to be 24-year-old is a fierce competitor and tremendous
basketball talent. Turner is not a pure shooter, but he can
create off the dribble and he backs down from no one.

不過凡事都有那個but，在AI9去mile-high之後，Turner發光的舞台
與機會都已經準備好迎接他，而且我相信他會把握這個機會。即將滿
二十四歲的小壞蛋他毫無疑問是個充滿鬥志且天份十足的傢伙。他不
是一個真正意義上的純射手，但是他可以在他的運球過程中或者取得
背框單打機會上，去尋找屬於他的得分機會，無論防守他的人是誰。

Many felt Turner's struggles early in his career were
associated with being too similar a player to Iguodala and
therefore the two were incompatible on the court together.

有很多的觀察家認為Turner生澀與掙扎是因為他來到了一個具有與他
特性相同的全明星球員在隊上，而且持有這種說法的人總是堅信他們
兩個絕對沒有辦法在場上共存。

Turner earned a spot in the starting lineup midway through
last season at the shooting guard position. That will likely
change this year. Turner will be a starter, but he is more
suited to play the small forward spot, a position occupied by
Iguodala in recent years.

不過Turner在去年球季中終於贏得了早該屬於他的先發二號位置。在
這個即將來臨的球季，上季的先發經驗將會為他的處境帶來改變。小
壞蛋這個球季早早就已經被給予先發保證，而且甚至他還有可能打一
點三號，這是當時AI9在隊上時其他球員幾乎沒有輪換空間的位置。

Turner averaged 26 minutes a game during the 2011-12 season,
scoring nine points and grabbing six rebounds on average. His
field goal attempts will likely increase, but hopefully those
attempts are mid-range jumpers. Turner shot 45 percent from
the floor last year, but shot just 22 percent from three-point
range. He should leave the long-range shooting to guys like
Jason Richardson, Nick Young and Dorell Wright, a trio that
for their careers combine to shoot 37 percent from behind the
arc.

Turner去年球季在平均26分鐘的上場時間內繳出了九分六籃板的平均。
他的出手次數將被預期能夠提昇，但是除非奇蹟出現，不然你最好希望

Turner has the ability to average double figure points and
rebounds.

而且Turner除了進攻能夠被期待穩定上看兩位數之外，他的籃板能力也
值得你如此期待。

Entering his third season, Turner will have the ball in his
hands often. With Lou Williams now a member of the Atlanta
Hawks, Turner needs to use his creativity to get to the foul
line. Williams was an 81 percent free throw shooter last
season, and he shot a team-high 292 free throws. Iguodala was
his nearest competitor with 196 free throw attempts. Turner
shot just 67 percent at the charity stripe in his second NBA
season, but that seems uncharacteristic given his 76 percent
free throw shooting in his three years at Ohio State.

可以期待三年級小壞蛋能夠在新的球季當中獲得更多的持球時間。但
是權限越大，責任就越大：他必需要接管 Louis Williams 出走之後
所留下來的罰球數(上罰球線292次，命中率81%)，所以他必須負起責
任，更積極得去攻擊籃框。附帶一題，AI9也不含糊，上了罰球線196
次(按:進不進又是另外一個故事..lol)。Turner除了必需要增加上罰
球線的次數外，同時還要能有效提昇他的罰球命中率，而且想必這對
他來不是一種苛求，他去年只有67%的罰球命中率，但是他在OSU的三
年內平均是76%。


the 2011-12 season with just 18.2 free throws attempted per
game. It is a facet of the game they need to improve.

七六人去年悲慘的罰球率(按:原文是場均18.2次墊底，而在罰球率部
份，季賽FT/FGA是 .161 墊底，代表無論有無經過paces調校都是一
個根本不會且不得裁判緣的隊伍)將是球隊未來新的一季重要的課題，
而在這個議題上，小壞蛋責無旁貸。
