It’s a pattern that just feels all too familiar for him — the timetable for
 Andrew Bynum’s debut with the 76ers has been pushed back as he recovers from
 knee issues.
        又一次, 拜能在76人的亮相又被延期了
        因為他的膝傷實在還沒好.

After a fresh MRI, the Philadelphia 76ers announced Monday that Bynum would
 not be cleared to be involved with “normal basketball activity” — what you
 and I call practice — until about December 10. If he can stick to that
 timetable, it would be at least another week or two (maybe more) before he is
 ready to enter a game.
        在做完核磁共振以後,76人宣布拜能將在12/10號以前都不會進行任何的籃球訓
        練, 就算他在這之前提早復原, 76人也至少會讓他在休1~2個禮拜.

So the Sixers could have Bynum back around Christmas
        也就是說, 拜能至少要到12月底, 大概是聖誕節前後才能回來.


Bynum had gone to Germany this summer to have Orthokine treatment — the
 blood-spinning knee treatment that Kobe Bryant made famous (Bynum had that
 done previous years as well). He returned to Philadelphia with a bone bruise
 in his knee and he did not participate at the start of camp. He had an
 injection of a synthetic lubricant to help his knee. Then one day he went
 trough one drill at camp, said he felt “discomfort He has been shut down
 ever since.
        拜能在休賽季的時候到德國去做了摳比做過的:歐爾佛凱恩醫師的血漿在生療
        法, 後來回到費城以後膝蓋骨就挫傷了, 所以在夏季訓練營裡他都沒參加訓
        練, 然後還在膝蓋注射了潤滑針, 結果去了一次訓練營就覺得膝蓋不舒服,
        所以在那之後到現在都沒練了.
 Sixers traded for Bynum this summer, part of the massive Dwight Howard
 trade. Philly gave up Andre Iguodala for the rare chance to get a young,
 All-Star, franchise anchor center.
        76人在休賽季交易裡從哈沃德的交易中得到拜能, 但放棄了一股搭辣.
 after a strong preseason, the Sixers are 4-2 to start the season without
 Bynum.
        76人在激烈的熱身賽中取得4勝2負的不錯成績, 而且拜能還沒打喔.
ynum is a free agent at the end of this season. The Sixers have wanted to
 re-signed him, but that negotiation is getting more interesting by the day.
        拜能在這季後就會變成不受限的自由球員, 76人一定會想辦法續簽他,
        但他到底會不會續約還有得瞧呢..
