這篇主要是在 Sixers 到 Kings 主場比賽前，講 Kings 總教練 Reggie Theus
和 Larry Brown 過去的淵源。有興趣的可以點原文連結，但是這不是我轉貼這
篇文章的重點。
重點是下面的部份：
New Sixers president/general manager Eddie Stefanski really
hasn't determined whether to trade or keep point guard
Andre Miller. But here's a factor to consider: While the
Sixers, even if they keep Miller, can get their payroll
more than $14 million under the cap this summer, they will
be constrained by league rules covering the status of
players who will be restricted free agents. An element
called a "cap hold" means that, until their status changes,
Andre Iguodala will count on the cap at nearly $9 million
and Lou Williams will count at about $4 million. For the
time being, that means Stefanski will have about $5 million
to $6 million in actual cap space. And, because the Sixers
will be under the cap, they will not have access to the
annual average salary exception.
新任七六人總管還沒決定是否要交易他的控衛 Andre Miller。不過，即使
沒交易掉他，這個夏天團隊薪資就比薪資上限少 14M，而七六人將會在夏天
處理『受限制 Free Agents』 時受到限制。除非他們的薪資狀態改變，否則
Andre Iguodala 應該會吃掉 9 M 左右的薪資，Louis Williams 會吃掉 4 M
。如此一來代表 Stefanski 還有 5 到 6 M 可以操作。而且因為七六人將低於
薪資上限，他們如果要簽中產得算在薪資上限內。
我的解讀：這其實說明了即使我們的薪資上限空出一大截，但是想要撈到
大魚機會仍舊不大，原因是光 'Dre 跟 L-Will 大概就吃光了。Jasner
的期待我還覺得太樂觀，之前跟 willyt 討論的時候覺得 'Dre 至少吃
10M，willyt 甚至覺得會更多 (因為 Kevin Martin 今年夏天都可以簽
個 55M/5y)。我的估計是留下這兩位年輕人就會把錢花光，..........
因此 KK 的 交易更顯得有其用處。(po了半天就為了這句話。)
