Iverson rumors are all over the map

ALLEN IVERSON said the 76ers could trade him anywhere.
But not to Charlotte?
AI 說76人隊可以把他交易到任何一隊，但是山貓隊不行?
The Sixers were close to a deal with the Bobcats until Iverson supposedly
said that would not please him.
Or there was no deal?
Or Iverson never said that?

In Sixerville, as TV play-by-play announcer Marc Zumoff likes to say, all

The loudest voice yesterday belonged to Bobcats coach/general manager Bernie
Bickerstaff, denying a report in the Inquirer that his team was close to a
deal to acquire Iverson, and that Iverson effectively blocked the trade.

May, Emeka Okafor, Adam Morrison and Gerald Wallace.

Thomas to the Los Angeles Clippers, with Shaun Livingston and Corey Maggette
going from the Clippers to the Sixers and Iverson landing with the Kings.

dropped their last eight games, their longest losing streak since 1996-97,
Iverson's rookie season. They have dropped 15 of 17 since a 3-0 start and
have scored fewer than 100 points in 12 of their last 14. They have been
outshot by their opponents in 12 of 13 and been outrebounded in seven of
nine. Seven of the last nine opponents have shot at least 48.3 percent from
the floor.

The Sixers shot 37.7 percent in Monday night's 81-79 loss to the Portland
Trail Blazers. Deducting Andre Iguodala's 8-for-15 (matching his career high
of 27 points), the rest of the players shot 33.3 and produced only 52 points.
They are 0-5 without Iverson.

denied another weekend report that said a deal would be done within 24 to 48
hours.
