Webber gets word of Walton's slam
偉哥回應Bill Walton的批評
MINNEAPOLIS -
The 76ers were playing poorly in the first half yesterday
against the Minnesota Timberwolves,
and ABC-TV commentator Bill Walton was letting them have it.
76人在對灰狼的比賽中，上半場的非常糟糕！
著名的ABC電視台球評Bill Walton 對此作了批評。
After Chris Webber went up for a dunk late in the second quarter
and the ball slipped out of his hands, Walton jokingly reminded Webber
that the game had started at noon.Sixers rookie Louis Williams,
who watched on TV from the locker room
because he didn't have a sports jacket, required under the NBA dress code,
to sit on the bench, relayed that message to Webber at halftime.
第二節末段，有一個play當偉哥要準備灌籃時，球從他的手中滑掉，

而隊上的菜鳥Louis Williams在休息室裡看到了這段評論

"Aw, Bill Walton doesn't like me anyway,"
Webber said after the Sixers posted an 86-84 victory.
"He's never said a real good word about me. Lou made sure.
I had a spy watching the game,
so my rookie made sure I knew what he was saying."
Asked about Walton's comments,Allen Iverson shrugged and said,
"That's Bill Walton."

Webber recovered from a two-point, three-rebound first half
to score 11 points and grab eight rebounds.
He also held Minnesota star Kevin Garnett to 5-of-15 shooting and 13 points.
偉哥從上半場只有2分3籃板的表現中回神過來，
最後他得了11分抓了8個板子。

"Any time you go up for a dunk and it slips out of your hand,
it's not that you're not awake, that's just the way it's going," Webber said.
"It was frustrating because you put so much energy into guarding
and then when you get those [scoring] opportunities,it doesn't come through."

Nailon's return 雷龍歸位
The Sixers received an unexpected but much-needed jolt of energy
from Lee Nailon, who played yesterday after sitting out the last six games.
76人從雷龍身上獲得了一股，意想不到卻十分需要的動力，

The 6-foot-8 Nailon scored six points and grabbed three rebounds
in nine minutes, late in the third quarter and early in the fourth.
He hit a baseline jumper with 8 minutes, 20 seconds
left that finished off a 20-4 run and brought the Sixers to within one.

By giving up 86 points to Memphis and 84 points to the Timberwolves,
the Sixers held teams to fewer than 90 points in back-to-back games
for the first time this season. It marked only the third time this season
they have allowed fewer than 100 points in consecutive games.
從上一場對灰熊失86分，到這場對灰狼只掉了84分，
76人在本季第一次連續兩場失分低於90分。
而這也是76人本季第三次連續兩場比賽得分沒有破百。
