這是ESPN配合明星賽所推出的單元，他們選出了十六支隊伍的史上最強陣容。
值得注意的是，他們不只選出曾經出現在該隊名單上的球員，而且是該球員表現
最好的一年，例如AI是2001年的版本：31.1分、3.8籃板、4.6助攻，效率評比23.9。
另外，一個球員只會出現在一支隊伍（例如老巴只出現在七六人不在太陽）。
東西區按照季後賽的方式分組，目前已經來到第二輪賽事，七六人剛剛淘汰尼克。
現在面對的是東區奪冠大熱門--擁有大鳥、PP、比爾羅素和Bob Cousy的賽爾提克。
