朋友的一顆HD掛了 幫忙跑RMA 先到官方網站查詢保固
查詢還在保固內 填寫基本資料 然後會收到一封EMAIL

大家可以看一下上面關於包裝的網頁 其實有說用氣泡布包裝 是不允許的
不過我沒那種硬碟專用泡綿 所以我還是用氣泡布包裝 只是包裝的更仔細
HD在11/3 快遞到桃園UPS中心 在11/11收到日立EMAIL通知 說收到我的HD

完全沒開封 打開後 製造日期 AUG-2009 泰國製 感覺是新品
