[題目] 困惑我很久的一題

這是一題文法改錯

The company's mission statement was written by the president over

 A.company's
 B.was written
 C.but
 D.pertaining(正解)


為什麼是pertaining呢?

我查過字典，事物當主詞時，pertain是用主動用法，前面又有be動詞"is"，

那用pertaining應該是沒錯吧?

我在想這題到底是不是答案錯哩?
