我想該是，指過去十年來Gutierrez一直以來的表現
每當遇到tight deadlines時 的狀況
由於是過去的狀況 has faced / faced 會是比較可能的選項
而d是最可能的
這點也從has shown的動詞型態得到提示
no.12
選項a.c.不考慮，d.選項founding前沒Be動詞也很怪
最有可能的b. founded 也是最常出現的 某某機構 成立、發跡
照語意即可能為 過去建造了某某孤兒院，未來將還將建立xxxx.......
