個人見解 -
A、B、C在用法上類同，若不考慮背後含意，其實放在空格上皆可，所以不選。
when在當關係副詞時，可以引導表示「當...的時候」→when = the time which
原句還原: Our supervisor wants to know "the time whcih" we anticipate the
final revisions (which) will be made for the contract.
