on their side要如何翻譯？
因為從圖片看來
電塔就在工人的旁邊
書上的詳解寫：
The electric poles are in an upright position.
這裡的upright是「垂直」的意思嗎？
這樣跟選項A的不同在何處？

圖中可以看到男生位在女服務生的左手邊 可是答案是(b) 為什麼不是(c)?
這題中
讀者眼中看到的圖片是
兩個面向鏡頭的clerk
我們看到的左邊是女clerk 右邊是男clerk 但都面像鏡頭
所以女clerk的左手邊應該就是男clerk沒錯
但"the man is to the left of the clerk"
這句的意思不就是跟我上面的意思一樣嗎？
為什麼詳解寫：
"the man is to the right of the clerk"
