[題目] longman 4/e advanced P49

頁數： p.49  exercise3 第一題
題目： When did she decide to use a consultant?
       (A) It was in her budget from the beginning.
       (B) From her first day of college.
       (C) The embassy suggest she try the consulate.

疑問： 我知道C不太可能是答案

不過A和B應該要怎麼選才好呢?

When不是應該是要選個和時間點最有關的答案嘛?
