疑問：答案是D, 我知道這選項是代表從過去一直到現在的意思
但我有點看不懂整句話的意思, 這裡的tell感覺有特別的解釋

疑問：答案是D, 是因為有after的關係, 所以兩句的時態要有所區別??
如果不是, 那後句為什麼不能用選項A
