中央氣象局今天表示，中度颱風盧碧今天上午8時增強為強烈颱風，目前位置在馬尼拉東北
東方1450公里處，以時速11轉16公里朝西北西方前進。22日、23日宜蘭可能再降超大豪雨
。
中央氣象局預報中心副主任林秀雯表示，因鋒面系統東移，盧碧颱風目前開始加速向西移
動。預計20日會進入菲律賓東方海面，外圍雲系開始影響台灣，北部及東部有短暫陣雨機
會。
林秀雯指出，21日東北季風南下，與颱風外圍環流共伴效應，下半天起雨勢開始變大。22
日、23日降雨明顯，宜蘭及北部山區有降下超大豪雨（24小時降雨超過350毫米）機會。
林秀雯預估，盧碧颱風暴風圈對台灣陸地產生直接影響機會不大，但沿海風速會增加，在
巴士海峽作業船隻也應注意強風巨浪。
