站長對日式醬汁沒有特別喜愛，所以照燒和壽喜鍋這類的食物涉獵的就比
較少，歸咎其原因不外就是偏甜的口味實在吃不習慣。而今天要介紹的北
澤壽喜燒，大概是站長少數可以接受的壽喜鍋店家之一。
北澤是一家連鎖型的壽喜燒店，採用點菜型吃到飽模式。台南的分店在民
族路大遠百四樓，用餐環境明亮整潔，很適合三五好友聚餐

桌上一黑一白的瓶子是壽喜湯汁與水，讓客人自行調整湯頭的濃淡、甜度

當蔬菜煮了一段時間後，加入牛肉片下去涮到七分熟，
一道壽喜牛肉燒就大功告成啦

除了主鍋之外，還可以每人+49元增加一份豚骨白湯鍋或辛口地獄鍋。我們
今天選擇的是豚骨白湯鍋，坦白說湯頭非常普通又清淡，沒有豚骨該有的
香味與濃稠感
