看到網友的一些分享,因為我的工作就是在申請加拿大健康食品執照, 所以我想說分享一下加拿大衛生部對綠茶萃取的功效認定.. 不知道有沒有用,就給大家參考了! 簡單來說,綠茶裡的成分的確是對減肥有功效,但是必須要搭配運動跟飲食控制.
