7月11日TOP MEDIA透露，Teen Top重新發行2010年7月推出的出道單曲“Come into the
World”。
用“Come into the World: CLAP ENCORE”的名稱再次發行的專輯主打歌“Clap”是
拍手聲音反復出現的強烈節奏舞曲。拍手舞也幫助Teen Top成功出道。
TOP MEDIA表示：“期間不斷有重新推出'Clap'的諮詢，在出道3週年想回報粉絲關愛、
贈送特別的回憶禮物因此而企劃。”
另外“Come into the World: CLAP ENCORE”還收錄成員出道當時的未公開照片，
從11日開始預售，15日發行。
