Three people died in a fire at the Parco dei Principi in Rome early this morning. Several of the world's best tennis players were staying at the well-known hotel when the blaze began at 5am, though all those due to play at the Telecom Italia Masters are reported unharmed. The hotel director said guests set fire to a room on the third floor. The hotel was badly damaged by the blaze.
