Serena Williams has revealed that she turned down a part in upcoming film
Anacondas, the follow-up to Anaconda.
Williams would have played a victim of one of the evil snakes, but insisted
she did not pull out because she was worried about dying on screen.
"It was a scheduling conflict that kept me out of that movie. I'm totally OK
with dying for the sake of a movie," she told the New York Daily News.
The aspiring actress also said she turned down a part in romantic comedy
Wimbledon because she was not interested in playing herself.

Anyone who saw Andy Roddick's paisley/camouflage t-shirts at the US Open
might be slightly surprised to hear that the American has followed Serena
Williams into fashion design.
Roddick has teamed up with sponsors Reebok to launch a new line of vintage
t-shirts inspired by his background.
The 'corn-fed tennis' top reflects his Nebraska roots, while 'Hot Rodd Body
Shop, location 152nd Street' references his record serve.
