動畫版有一集有講到醫師公會的白鬍子老頭要發執照給他，白拍子博士反對
後來xxooxxoo反正就是黑傑克的醫術說服了白拍子，但是結果因為愈期不到
最後還是沒有取得資格。
不過這一集裡面的黑傑克似乎對拿取執照沒有反對就是了。
