有可能你之前借朋友玩後，雖然已將遊戲移除，但電腦內仍存有遊戲的記錄目錄檔 (reg
key)，可利用執行regedit，將reg key 清除，再重灌試試看。英文官網有指示如下：
補充說明: 開始>執行>regedit
Click on Start(開始) and then click on Run... (執行)
In the text line type 鍵入 regedit, then click OK
Click on the + next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (滑鼠按 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE 旁+號)
Click on the + next to SOFTWARE
Click on the + next to EA GAMES
Right-click on The Sims 2 University folder and choose Delete 刪除.
A Confirm Key Delete window will appear, choose Yes.
Click on the + next to Electronic Arts
Click on the + next to EA GAMES
Right-click on The Sims 2 University and choose Delete.
A Confirm Key Delete window will appear, choose Yes.
Click on the + next to Microsoft.
Click on the + next to Windows.
Click on the + next to Current Version.
Click on the + next to Uninstall.
Right-click on the the Key named {8FD3F4BA-A4A6-4380-00A6-CC6853AB2DC2} and
choose Delete.
A Confirm Key Delete window will appear, choose Yes
