: The NBA trading deadline is today, and Timberwolves coach Dwane Casey
: reiterated Wednesday the Wolves are bears rather than bulls in this market.
: Wolves management has had discussions with teams in the normal course of
: business, but Casey said he talked with vice president of basketball
: operations Kevin McHale after Tuesday night's game and came away feeling
: nothing was imminent.
今天是NBA的交易截止日，Casey再次重申灰狼在交易市場上還是炙手可熱的。管理階層
已針對幾樁日常交易做過討論，但是Casey說根據他在週二晚上與McHale討論的結果是目

: Casey also said all-star forward Kevin Garnett is not on the market, as
: far as the coach is concerned, despite vague reports nationally speculating
: otherwise.
: "He's not tradable for me," Casey said. "It'd be just like saying,
: 'Is Michael Jordan tradable for Chicago?' Kevin Garnett is not the
: issue with us right now."
: Still, the Wolves might feel pressure to make another move by today's
: 2 p.m. deadline. They blew a 19-point lead Tuesday night at Washington
: and lost 90-78. That was their seventh loss this season when leading by
: at least 10 points.
: Minnesota's hopes of making the playoffs are fading fast. At 23-30, they
: began Wednesday five games behind Denver for first place in the weak
: Northwest Division. They are 2-8 in their past 10 games.

: and different people, but there's nothing that's going to happen or close
: to happening," Casey said.
: Of course, Casey also told his players and reporters the night of Jan. 25
: that no trades were coming. The next day, the Wolves traded Wally Szczerbiak
: and Michael Olowokandi to the Boston Celtics. Obviously, things can change
: in a heartbeat.

: including two who aren't playing. Troy Hudson is injured and not available.
: He is sidelined with a sore right ankle and is in the process of determining
: whether to have surgery, although at this point he's leaning against it.
: But his status makes him essentially untradable because he could be out for
: the rest of the season.
但是從Casey的談話聽起來，交易並不會對灰狼的現狀有所改變。

: Former starter Marko Jaric said he thinks he's a candidate to be traded.
: He was demoted earlier this month and hasn't been a part of the Wolves'
: rotation lately.
: Casey often has said he wants to find a way to incorporate Jaric back
: into the mix. But Jaric hasn't played since Feb. 10, in part because of
: tendinitis in his left knee, which he said is no longer a problem. The
: bigger issue seems to be that the Wolves don't have a place for him in
: their new rotation.
: 'Definitely I am a candidate," to be traded, Jaric said after Wednesday's
: practice. "If you don't play for the last two weeks and you go from the
: starting lineup to not playing … as much as people say they want you here,
: something's wrong, obviously."
: Asked if any deals might be in the works for Jaric, his agent, Bill Duffy,
: said merely, "No."
: Briefly: Casey said he will keep center Mark Blount in the starting lineup.
: Blount did not score in 25 minutes, missing both of his shots, during
: Tuesday's loss at Washington, his first start with the Wolves.

另一方面，即使Mark Blount在輸給巫師的那場比賽中上場25分鐘一分未得，Casey表示
他仍然會讓Blount繼續待在先發名單當中。
