: ideas to turn things around in their worst season since Flip Saunders
: replaced Bill Blair as coach 20 games into the 1995-96 season. From the
: time Saunders became coach until he was suddenly fired 51 games into the
: 2004-05 season, they experienced unprecedented success. And despite the
: 19-12 record as general manager Kevin McHale replaced Saunders to finish
: last season, they failed to the make the playoffs for the first time since
: Saunders' initial season.

: It would be an exaggeration to say the collapse has come primarily

: includes defensive-oriented Trent Hassell and minor role player Mark Madsen
: from the team that went to the conference finals in 2004. And when you
: consider that shaky characters Ricky Davis, Rashad McCants and Eddie Griffin
: are the talents expected to grow around him — perhaps it's time for Taylor
: to overhaul the entire organization — from McHale to Garnett — and start
: from scratch.
如果說灰狼變得一蹶不振純粹是因為球隊太匆忙地將老桑解聘，這未免有點言過其實
，當然這是灰狼表現不佳的主因之一，但其實更明顯的原因是McHale在以KG為主軸打造球
隊陣容這一點上面的表現完全不及格。事實上，現在球隊的陣容與'04年他們闖進西區冠軍
賽時相比，除了KG，只剩下防守大鎖T.Hassell及渾身是勁可惜作用不大的瘋狗Madson還留
在陣中。也許你還認為R.Davis、RMC及E.Griifin等備受期待，天份、體能兼具的跳跳人能
在KG帶領之下順利成長，但事實上這更應該是Taylor徹底審視整個球團組織 - 從McHale到
KG - 並從新開始的時候了。
