SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Kyle Korver heard the rumor about a week ago that he
could be packaged as part of the eventual trade that sends Allen Iverson away
from Philadelphia.

K.K 在一個禮拜前聽到一些傳聞，他有可能跟著AI一起打包到別隊。

But Korver said last night that he got reliable news from the only source
that matters to him: president and general manager Billy King.
"I don't have to worry about it," he said, referring to what King told him.

但是KK說昨晚他聽到一個可靠的消息，從總裁以及GM老王那聽來的. 所以他說我不是很擔
心這個。

The Iverson watch went into Day 9 yesterday with still no trade, but reports
surfaced on Comcast SportsNet and ESPN.com that Korver might be added to a
deal to help the Sixers pry promising point guard star Shaun Livingston away
from the Los Angeles Clippers.

從AI想被交易到現在已經第九天了，在Comcast SportNet以及ESPN中都有談到76人有可能
將KK跟AI一起打包到快艇隊以換取未來大有可為的後衛Shaun Livingston.

It's been a tough time for everyone on the Sixers, who entered last night's
game against the San Antonio Spurs carrying a 10-game losing streak, and the
lingering Iverson trade uncertainty isn't helping.

對76人來說現在真的處在非常艱困的時刻，被馬刺打到十連敗，以及AI的交易遙遙無期。

For Korver, that's produced constant text messages and cell-phone calls from
well-meaning friends trying to inform him of the latest reports and rumors.

對KK來說，有一些善意的朋友會試著告訴他最近的報導以及傳聞。

"You just learn to push it all in the back of your mind," he said. "You have
to. It's not the easiest thing to do, but this is our job. We get paid to do
this. You just try to block it out and focus on what you have to focus on."

Korver also said he's turned his phone off "quite a bit lately" and screened
more calls.

"A lot of times, it's your good friends, but I can only have the conversation
so many times in one day," he said. "It's not that I don't want to talk to
you. It's just that I don't want to talk about the situation anymore."

KK說"大部分的時間，都是你的好朋友打來的，但是我一天之內也沒那麼多時間可以接那
麼多電話。並不是我不想跟你們講話，只是不太想講有關於這些的傳聞的話題罷了"

Coach Maurice Cheeks, who said he never heard a single trade rumor before the
Sixers dealt him to San Antonio in 1989, knows reports are inevitable, but he
believes his players have focused well.

教練Maurice Cheeks說這些傳聞跟報導是不可避免的，但是他相信他的球員會專注在球賽
上面。

"Trades are a part of sports," he said last night. "Most of the guys in the
locker room, I don't think they even think about it like that. They go out
and play, and do the best they can while they're out there. It's a natural
reaction to think about what's going on and who's involved."

交易是運動的一部份，Maurice Cheeks覺得很多球員並不是這樣想的，很多球員只是場上
打球以及打出他們最好的球技。不過實際上對運動員來說交易是很正常的，他們應該去思
考交易的發展以及有哪些球員的涉及交易的傳聞。

No Webber

Chris Webber sat out his second straight game last night. Cheeks said
Webber's sprained right ankle and bruised right foot still weren't healthy
enough.
It was the eighth game Webber has missed this season. He sat out only five
games due to injury last season, and his absence comes at a tough time for
Cheeks, who was using Webber as his primary distributor in an offense that
has sputtered since Iverson was sent home Dec. 8.

Chris Webber 昨晚是他連續第二場坐在板凳上，教練說Chris Webber 右膝扭傷以及右腳
挫傷仍然沒有好轉。這是本季第八場Chris Webber坐在場邊，上一季他只有五場比賽缺席
，他的缺席造成教練的困擾，因為Chris Webber是現在攻擊的主力之一，自從十二月八日
AI不再出賽以後。


連KK都有被考慮喔......真不愧是腦殘老王.....
