簡單的說他是XP重要的管理程式，讀不到表示你灌的時候出了問題
剛重灌完XP很容易受到駭客/病毒攻擊 尤其是SP2以前的XP版本
建議你灌的時候先不要插網路線 灌完系統馬上就灌防毒軟體(推薦Kaspersky)
之後可以上網後馬上去微軟網站更新
