這有可能這個檔案是之前外掛在WinAmp之下的一個套件的檔案，
不過那個套件可能被移除了或之類的原因....
可能要把WinAmp砍乾淨，重新安裝。
不然就把這個comdlg32.ocx，重新抓回去，放到適當的位置上。

抓回去之後...
Windows 2000放在...\Winnt\System32\
Windows XP 放在...\Windows\System32\
然後..
開始\執行，輸入
Windows NT or 2000:
regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
Windows XP:
regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
