China calls for new reserve currency 中國呼籲設計新的儲備貨幣

China's central bank on Monday proposed replacing the US dollar as the
international reserve currency with a new global system controlled by the
International Monetary Fund.
中國人民銀行星期一建議以一種國際貨幣基金組織管控的全球貨幣系統來取代美金。
In an essay posted on the People's Bank of China's website, Zhou Xiaochuan,
the central bank's governor, said the goal would be to create a reserve
currency “that is disconnected from individual nations and is able to remain
stable in the long run, thus removing the inherent deficiencies caused by
using credit-based national currencies”.
中國人民銀行總裁周小川在銀行網頁上發表了一篇文章，說明這新貨幣系統的目的是
「创造一种与主权国家脱钩、并能保持币值长期稳定的国际储备货币，从而避免主权信
用货币作为储备货币的内在缺陷。」 （有沒有偷懶到？就照抄過來 XD）
Analysts said the proposal was an indication of Beijing's fears that actions
being taken to save the domestic US economy would have a negative impact on
China.
分析師說這提議凸顯北京政府擔心美國政府的解救經濟政策會對中國產生負面影響。
