21. The important things are always simple; the simple are always hard.
重要的事情總是簡單的；簡單的事情總是困難的。
（克勞塞維茨：好的軍事計劃有兩個基本條件：一是簡單。）
（所以，打仗是一件很困難的事。）

22. The easy way is always mined.
好走的路總是佈有地雷。
（那...............不好走的路總是沒有嗎？？）

23. Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy other people to shoot at.
小隊工作是基本原則；如此一來敵方有其他人可以射擊。
（也就是說，自己的隊友可以有效地分散敵方火力，特別是當你的隊友看起來像
重要人物的時候。）

24. Don't look conspicuous; it draws fire. For this reason, it is not at all
uncommon for aircraft carriers to be known as bomb magnets.
不要讓自己看起來醒目，這會吸引敵方火力；航空母艦就是基於此一理由而被稱為炸彈
磁鐵。
（記住第七條：試著使自己看起來不像重要的人。）

25. Never draw fire; it irritates everyone around you.
不要吸引敵火；如此一來會激怒你周圍的每一個人。
（相信不會有人喜歡待在敵火磁鐵旁邊的。）

26. If you are short of everything but the enemy, you are in the combat zone.
如果你除了敵人以外什麼都缺，那一定是在戰鬥區域。
（說得太好了！心有戚戚焉！！）

27. When you have secured the area, make sure the enemy knows it too.
如果你確保了某一地區，確定敵人也知道這一點。
（如果真的有確保，多試幾次後敵人遲早也會知道的....................）

28. Incoming fire has the right of way.
接近中的火力擁有優先路權。
（誰擋路誰就倒楣啦！！）

29. No combat ready unit has ever passed inspection.
沒有一支準備好戰鬥的部隊可以通過檢閱。
（因為長官都喜歡看擦得亮晶晶的武器裝備。）

30. No inspection ready unit has ever passed combat.
沒有一支準備好檢閱的部隊可以通過戰鬥考驗。
（因為亮晶晶的武器裝備將會讓你在戰場上變得非常醒目。）


31. If the enemy is within range, so are you.
如果敵人在你的射程內，你也在敵人的射程內。
（所以不要高興太早。）

32. The only thing more accurate than incoming enemy fire is incoming
friendly fire.
唯一比敵人砲火精確的是友軍的砲火。
（戰場上除了來自敵方和我方的砲火之外應該不會有別的地方飛來的砲火。）

33. Things which must be shipped together as a set, aren't.
需要整組一起運來的裝備不會一起運來。

34. Things that must work together, can't be carried to the field that way.
需要一起使用的裝備不會被一起運到戰場上。

35. Radios will fail as soon as you need fire support.
無線電總是在你需要火力支援時失效。
（真是說到我的心坎裡。）

36. Radar tends to fail at night and in bad weather, and especially during
both.
雷達往往在夜間或壞天氣中故障，特別是在壞天氣的夜間。
（反正要用的時候就是不靈光。）


37. Anything you do can get you killed, including nothing.
你做任何事情都有可能使你陣亡，什麼都不做也一樣。
（生死有命，富貴在天。）


38. Make it too tough for the enemy to get in, and you won't be able to
get out.
如果你把陣地搞得敵人進不來，那你也出不去。

39. Tracers work both ways.
曳光彈對兩邊都有用。

40. If you take more than your fair share of objectives, you will get
more than your fair share of objectives to take.
如果你拿下比你分配到的更多的目標，你就會被分配到更多的目標。
（能者多勞，越能者越多勞！上班族注意！！）
