(1) The background outside the border line must be leafed with gold,
silver, variegated, or other type of leafing. No part of the design
itself may be leafed.
(2) If a border is indicated on the design, it is mandatory and its placement
must be used as shown.
請問高手上面兩段的意思是什麼呢？我被(1)的leafed/leafing搞得很混亂....
