Too nice to Houston, too selfish with each other
The well-mannered Utah Jazz played like they were afraid to offend Rick
Adelman and Tracy McGrady in Game?5 of their now-close playoff series against
Houston on Tuesday night.
聯盟乖寶寶猶他爵士隊打起球來像是很怕觸怒矮豆人和T-Mac一樣
至少在系列戰尾聲的第五戰是如此。
With a chance to punch its ticket to the second round, Utah's effort was
preseason-like. The Jazz didn't execute on offense. They settled for jump
shot after jump shot, and they missed most of them.
Utah did not compete nearly hard enough on defense, either.
第二輪的門票伸手可得，只需要再一場的勝利，但爵士的表現和在打季前賽差不多。
爵士在進攻上的執行力低落。他們只是在外圍一再的跳投，而球兒也一再的奪框而出。

The Jazz did not crowd McGrady the way they had in the first four games, and
I'm guessing Adelman won't be sending this tape to the league office. Memo
Okur, Carlos Boozer and Paul Millsap were manhandled inside by Dikembe
Mutombo, Luis Scola, Shane Battier and Carl Landry.

In a word, the Jazz's effort was selfish.
They were selfish on offense, as far as taking quick shots and helping
teammates get open shots. They were selfish on defense, as far as standing
around while McGrady put together his most productive game of the series.
用一句話來說，爵士的整場表現太自私了。
他們在進攻上太自私 — 急著出手而沒有幫自己隊友做出空檔。
他們在防守上太自私 — 阿爵們只是呆呆站在那讓T-Mac打出系列戰最有效率的一場球。
