The team that epitomized teamwork and cohesion has fallen victim to the new era of sports ethics. The new athlete wants to win but they want to win their way. They want to be the best at their position and the accolades that come with such a feat. It is no longer enough to be victorious. You have to be acknowledged. The days of sacrifice in Utah are now over. 公務員的年代結束了 ..................... Jerry Sloan has seen enough. He is packing up his pick and roll and 23-year career and going home. The head coach is expected to resign his post as head coach of the Utah Jazz Thursday. The decision comes on the heels of a dust-up he had with point guard Deron Williams. 老番顛受夠了............ Sloan called a play for the Jazz in the closing moments of the first half in their Wednesday game against the Chicago Bulls. Deron Williams took exception and ran his own play. The result was a heated discussion at halftime. That then lead to a 30 minute post game wrap-up with Jerry Sloan, general manger Kevin O'Connor, and owner Greg Miller. It seems that Sloan took exception to the new direction of the team. It may very well have been a 'him or me' decision when it came to Sloan and Deron Williams. The 2010-2011 season has seen the player and coach become more and more distant from one another. 老番顛要小米勒挑一個 "要 我 還是那隻肥狐狸"............ The last vestige of team first, has now fallen. The team that stood out more for what the coach's beliefs were rather that the roster they boasted will slowly turn into what every NBA team is now. If you need advice, ask the Heat or Hornets fans how to play this one out.I never thought I would say this, but I miss John Stockton and Karl Malone. 哲人日已遠 典範在夙昔..... 夕陽無限好 只是近黃昏 ........... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 經過了長時間的沈澱 與三連敗的洗禮 終於也是該輪到亂戰派發表感言了.... 死胖子一直都在強調 "龍"嗯西哇邰ㄟ......... 這句話我相信..... 不過就算下毒的那隻手 不是死胖子的手......... 不過這毒瘤的毒 才是讓老番顛 興起不如歸去念頭的主因...... 有在追 Live 的板友 可以回想一下 上次老番顛放大絕是那時......... 而 "老番顛越來越佛" 這個看法也出現過不少次............ 所以老番顛會這樣走 其實早有蛛絲馬跡可尋...... 只是大家都早把老番顛和爵士畫上等號 不想去面對罷了 在那次不該拿到的西冠門票(少年得志..)與老老闆仙逝之後..... 老番顛就已經越來越不歡 越來越沒活力了 取而代之的反而是 越來越常看見老番顛 在場邊落寞的神情..... "得遇天下英才而育之" 本該是多麼快意的一件事... 沒想到 這瘤有毒.......卻是這不麼的不受教..... 再怎麼堅強的意志 再怎麼硬頸的精神 也抵過每日不停的消磨..... "每年的短約"正可說是這種 長年的感情糾葛 與 不如歸去的念頭 的產物 而這微妙的平衡 就在兒皇帝小米勒的表態下 被打破了....... 只是會作得這麼難看 也真是出人意表...... 賽後的晤談 傳出要走的風聲.....隔天就發表離職記者會 小米勒你這王八 居然連作作樣子 挽留一下顧命大臣的戲碼都不肯演..... 依照教皇對爵士的感情 動之以情 慰留一下 也許教皇還肯教完這一季 風光下台走人...... 無情涼薄至此 也難怪影子教練 菲爾強森也心寒...馬上跟著引退...... 至於 摸摸大以球員沒一個出席記者會 來批他們沒一個好東西 我倒是懷疑 這些球員有被通知 引退記者會的事嗎???? 王八米勒跟蠢品 會想這麼多的話 今天的局面就不會搞得這麼難看....... 搞不好 王八米勒跟蠢品 還不想保皇派的球員出席........ 在記者會上給他們洗臉 才痛下殺手 殺球員跟球迷一個錯手不及哩........... 於是乎 沒本錢的鹽湖城 也開始要跟上潮流 搞球員至上這一套 (王八米勒 你玩得起嗎你.......) 那麼 就看看這件事會怎麼收尾吧....... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.118.16.38
