JAZZ: Brewer busts out after Kirilenko goes down

"You can't really back off him because he'll shoot jumpers over you,"
Brewer said. "If you get up on him, he'll spin off you. He's got a lot of
different moves and you have to be ready."

Brewer說：「防守他你不能真的後退（應該是指不能被他的假動作騙了）因為他會
直接在你頭上跳投」「如果你貼近他，他會轉身過你。他有很多不同的進攻動作而

"He was terrific tonight," Utah coach Jerry Sloan said of Brewer. "He came

JAZZ: Nuggets run out of steam

"We ran out of gas a little bit," said coach George Karl. "We were
fatigued down the stretch."

George Karl：「我們氣力放盡」「我們彈性疲乏」

 "It was tough," said Iverson, who finished with 33 points. "Both teams
played well. They just had a little more than us."
 Recalling the 1997 and 1998 NBA Finals, Iverson smiled and said, "It's
tough to win in this building. I don't know how the Chicago Bulls did it."

iverson說：「這是艱苦的一戰」「雙方都打得很好，但爵士隊打得就是比我們好
那麼一點」回憶起1997跟1998的冠軍賽，iverson笑了（笑屁！給你小寫！）說：

"You've got to take your hat off to the Jazz," he said. "We came out hot
and they kept their composure."

 "I tried to shoot too fast," Anthony said. "It was wide open."

Anthony說：「我太急著出手了」「這是一個空檔」（就是剩下21.5秒時可以原本
輕鬆過人上籃但卻運出腳外的那球）（在他身邊的Millsap被認為是個空檔...）

"Actually, we were looking for J.R. [Smith] in the corner," Iverson said.
"But I saw Blake and he was so open. . . . If we play 100 games and they
all come down to that shot, we'll take it. We were satisfied with the shot
we got."

iverson說：「事實上，我們那球是要傳給J.R.Smith」「但是我看到Blake有個大空
檔...如果我們打了一百場且他們能夠冷靜下來投籃，我們就會投進。我們對那球很

 "Tonight, we had it," Anthony said. "It was in our hands."

 "We can't worry about that," Iverson said. "We just have to approach
every game like it's our last game and not panic. We wanted this game so
bad and didn't get it. So we just have to stick together."

Jazz rookies force Nuggets into star-crossed play

"I've been wanting to step out there and show the coaches I can play
defense," Millsap said after guarding Carmelo Anthony through much of
the intensely tight fourth quarter. "Everybody wants a chance to guard
one of the best players in the league."

Millsap說：「我已經在那邊等著要示範給教練我可以防守他（Anthony）」「在這
個聯盟裡面的每個人都在尋找一個可以守住頂級明星球員的機會」（死菜鳥不知天
高地厚，沒守到你就死定了）

"They made [Anthony] work. They made things difficult for him," said
Jazz coach Jerry Sloan. "If you don't make him work, he's going to be
fresh at the end."

Sloan說：「他們（兩個菜鳥）消耗Anthony，他們讓他沒那麼容易得分」「如果他
們沒讓Anthony付出體力，他直到比賽前都依然會精力充沛」

"But we didn't panic, didn't let it get to us," Williams said. "We
executed our plays, and hit our free throws down the stretch."

Williams說：「我們沒有因此慌了手腳（最後一分鐘DW被AI得分後，爵士110-111
落後的那段時間）」「我們確實執行了戰術，而且罰進了球結束最後了拉鋸戰況」

"I think that's the way we should play every night," Sloan said of the
Jazz's effort. "That's what basketball is all about."

Sloan說：「我想這就是我們每晚都應該要進行的比賽方式」「這就是籃球所代表
的意義」
