土耳其又怎樣

As Jarron Collins answered questions in front of his locker after scoring a
season-high six points in Monday's victory over Charlotte, Kyrylo Fesenko
joined the circle of reporters and interrupted with one of his own.

在新科神因本季得分新高而被記者們簇擁著的同時，
一名烏克蘭癡漢就這麼闖了進來。

"Does it help that you yesterday play with me 'Rock Band'?" asked Fesenko.

「是不是昨晚跟我一起打GAME有幫到你？ㄎㄎ，ㄎㄎㄎ，ㄎㄎㄎㄎ」
神科一臉堆滿憨笑地說。

The two live across the hall in the same apartment complex, with Collins
stopping in while Fesenko was playing the video game after watching the Super
Bowl.

這兩個人是同棟公寓的對門鄰居，
昨晚神科看完超級盃就摳了科神來一起打ROCK BAND。

"That definitely helped my confidence and my coordination because I was able
to get into a good rhythm," Collins joked back.

「當然有幫助啊，我現在不但信心百倍，手眼協調一流，」
「連考試都考鴨百分哪！(粵語)」科神邊說邊舉手展現雙臂肌肉。

Their roles might be better defined right now playing video game guitar than
with the Jazz, who still are figuring out how best to use backup centers
Collins, Fesenko and Kosta Koufos while Carlos Boozer and Andrei Kirilenko
are out.

這兩個人彈遊戲吉他的角色分配顯然比在籃球場上容易，
而球隊還在想辦法讀懂他們三個替補中鋒的使用說明書。

"Whether I'm getting the minutes or Kosta's getting the minutes or Fes is
getting the minutes, just as long as one of us is doing the job out there and
giving our team a lift, that's the most important thing," Collins said.

「不管是我們哪一個獲得上場時間，都應該好好幹兒，」
「對球隊有貢獻才是最重要的。」企圖展現老將風範的科神答道。

Fesenko has been the first off the bench since returning from an eight-game
stay in the NBA Development League. Collins is in his eighth season with the
Jazz, but has played only 12 games after flipping a golf cart and injuring
his right elbow last summer.

神科在發展聯盟蹲了8場後重返火線，
科神則是在爵士第8年，不過因高爾夫球車摔落事件，
讓他這一季至今只打了12場比賽。

Koufos, meanwhile, has averaged 5.1 points and 3.2 rebounds in a promising
rookie season that has seen him score in double figures seven times.

令人驚豔的19歲菜鳥哭佛則有5.1分、3.2籃板的表現，
而且本季已經有7次得分達到雙位數。

But Jazz coach Jerry Sloan made clear Tuesday that the 19-year-old still has
much to learn.

但教皇仍舊堅持「菜，就是該死」。

The three regularly work out against one another on the court starting three
hours before every game. Fesenko said the competition was a good thing: "When
we come to the game, it's the same as the practice."

三個大個兒每次賽前三小時都會進行相互對抗的練習，
神科說這樣很棒：「不然你以為我都用什麼時間來練打人咧！」

Collins said it was easy to pull for Fesenko and Koufos, the latter of whom
he described as humble and polite. As well as he played Monday, Collins
conceded: "It just as easily could have been Kosta or Fes out there who did
the job for our team."

謙沖為懷的科神則客套說今晚的好表現換成其他人也辦得到。

Sloan received positive reports about Fesenko's time in the D-League and has
tried to reward him for working harder. The coach talked Tuesday about the
difficulty of finding the playing time Koufos and Fesenko, 22, need for their
growth.

教皇因神科在發展聯盟的好表現而決定多給他一點上場時間，
不過他也坦承要找到足夠練兩個年輕人的時間有點難兒。

"I've tried to give them some minutes so that hopefully it'll enhance their
career and still try to win basketball games, because they've helped us in
certain situations," Sloan said.

「我嘗試給他們多點上場機會來成長，但也不能因此而輸球，」
「目前看起來有些時候他們是能夠有所貢獻的。」

With Koufos having been drafted in the first round after only one season at
Ohio State, Sloan said he still was gaining the experience necessary to play
at the NBA level.

教皇說只打了一年大學就跳級的哭佛還是需要再多點經驗。

"I have to go on what I see," Sloan said. "I think there's some things that
he's still trying to figure out what we're doing."

「有時候他難免還是會搞不清楚我們在打啥...」

The Jazz are trying to get Koufos to play more of a team game "rather than
just pick-and-roll all the time," Sloan added. There's also the matter of
Koufos having the tendency to "screw up where he's supposed to be" on the
court, as Sloan put it.

「要學會團隊合作，而不是只會屁啃肉這個老梗，」教皇繼續說，
「一緊張就常忘記自己的定位，年輕人，終究是年輕人哪...」

"Like I said before, this is a learning year for me, I'm having fun and
growing," said Koufos, who will turn 20 on Feb. 24. "Whenever I get the
chance to play, the opportunity to play, I'm just making the best of it."

「我知道我很菜啦，不過來這邊學打球還蠻有趣的啦！」
月底就要滿20歲的哭佛說：「有機會上我一定會好好把握溜～」

It hasn't been the easiest season for Collins, either. Even though he was
healthy, Collins was left on the inactive list for the Jazz's Jan. 24 game
against Cleveland, while both Fesenko and Koufos were on the 12-man active
roster.

科神本季過得並不順遂，就算回復健康，
也多半被列在不起用名單，反倒是兩個年輕人更常被派上場。

Although he has averaged only 1.3 points and 0.8 rebounds this season,
Collins has earned Sloan's trust over the years for the way he sets picks and
stays within the offense. That didn't stop him from hitting a 20-foot jumper
Monday against the Bobcats.

雖然至今平均只有1.3分、0.8籃板，
科神對屁啃肉戰術的嫻熟讓教皇多年來始終對他信任有加，
在對山貓的比賽裡，他也證明了他的中距離可不會比○○差。

"I was happy for Jarron because he's always been very professional about the
way he's handled himself," Sloan said, adding, "I know he'd like to play
more."

「我為杰倫的表現感到開心，果然還是要交給專業的來啊，」教皇說，
「我想他應該是在嗆說他要多打一點啦！」
