If your salary is below average, your lawyer can use
"part-time worker" to apply H1B for you...
Many small Chinese companies do this kind of things.
Ex: your salary is only $3x,xxx / year. It's below
the average. However, they will say your are a part time
worker and only works 20hr/week. Therefore, your salary
is $30 / hr.... This is above the average and will get
the H1B....

你說的是 prevailing wage 嗎?
那會根據你所在的地方以及申請的職稱而有所不同
這裡有些 links 也許可以提供你所需要的資訊

我還發現另一個連結(在同一個網站)

這個有列出各式各樣的行業, 工作內容跟薪水平均值.
我覺得這個網站很好. 至少我們讓統計說話.
有興趣的人可以點各式各樣行業去看看薪水如何.
我覺得"妳想像的"跟事實上的數字也許會有段差距.
