我下週也是要去美國，也是拿觀光簽證
因為後續行程不確定
（雖只準備待幾個星期而已，但不確定之後要去 NY 或 LA 和赴美出差的老公會合，
要等到他公司公司確認之後才能決定之後行程）
所以我只買好了單程機票，準備等行程確定之後在向當地旅行社的朋友買回程
沒想到，這兩天卻有人跟我說「單程機票赴美不能入關、會被遣返」
讓我緊張好久
（包括在原PO這篇的推文 "觀光簽證不是都會看回程機票嗎?"）
所以我卯起來 google ....找到以下資訊

Do I need a return ticket in order to travel with a B-1/B-2 visa?
The holder of a B-1/B-2 visa is not required to hold a return ticket.
However, you should carry evidence to show that you have a reason to depart
the U.S. at the end of your stay and return to your residence abroad.
You should also carry evidence to show that you have funds sufficient
for your support while in the United States.

If you hold a visa of any classification, including a B-1/B-2 visa,
you are not required to hold a return ticket; you may enter the United States
on a one way ticket. All travelers should carry with them for presentation
to U.S. officials, if required, evidence of funds sufficient for their visit
and, with the exception of H and L visa holders, evidence that they have a
residence abroad to which they intend returning at the end of their stay.
Examples of such evidence include: traveler's checks;
return tickets; copy of latest bank statement; letter from parents saying
they will support you; evidence of current employment; evidence of enrollment
at an academic institution.
也就是說，美國並沒有硬性規定持 B-1/B-2 Visa 入關者，一定要買來回機票，
假設入境時移民官要求檢視的話，
回程機票可以是證明你將在時程之內離開美國，
但不是唯一證明你將按時離境的文件。
依照原PO的狀況
我想入境時就說去訪友、購物、旅行，並出示工作證明之類的文件，
應該不會太刁難吧～～～
如果拿不到半年居留，而非得待上半年，就去請律師辦理延期吧
話說我上回去美國探親
入境時跟移民官說，我是來看父母、找朋友、購物、玩樂，只待 6 個星期
結果他入境日期章一蓋下去， Class 註明 B2 就讓我過關了.....
事後我才發現這位移民官根本沒有在 Until 的小字旁邊蓋另外一個居留期限的章
害我以為我可以無限期居留（呵呵）
沒有啦....結果我還是乖乖的照表定行程， 6 個星期就離境了
